– Next3D, a developer of stereoscopic 3D technology, announced on Tuesday that
it will introduce a broadband-delivered 3D, HD home video service in the first
quarter of 2010. The Next3DTV service will offer content including theatrical
3D movies, films originally created for 3D IMAX theaters, trailers, sports, and
live 3D weather maps. The service will initially be available for PCs that
support 3D display technology.
