Calif.
– Spring Design, maker of
the dual-screen Alex eReader e-book reader device, announced on Tuesday that it
has signed a deal with Google (NASD: GOOG), giving Alex users access to more than one
million public domain books from Google Books. The titles will be available via
the Alex’s integrated Android browser and search applications.
