Las Vegas – Razer, a manufacturer of video gaming hardware,
announced on Thursday that it has partnered with Sixense Entertainment to develop
a motion-sensing and gesture recognition controller for PC gaming. The
controller will "use electromagnetic fields to track precise movements
along all six axes." The companies are demonstrating the technology at CES
this week with the popular PC game "Left 4 Dead 2."
