Cupertino, Calif. – Apple (NASD: AAPL) has removed a mobile application
from WikiLeaks from its App Store. An Apple spokesperson told Business Insider:
"We removed WikiLeaks because it violated developer guidelines. An app
must comply with local laws. It may not put an individual or target group in
harms way." The company declined to elaborate on its reasoning.
