San Jose, Calif. – BlackArrow, the provider of an ad platform for video-on-demand systems, announced on Tuesday that it has received a strategic investment from Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), as part of a $27 million third round of funding.

Also participating in the round were Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Intel Capital, Mayfield Fund, Motorola Mobility, NDS and Polaris Venture Partners.

San Jose, Calif.-based BlackArrow, which has now raised a total of $67 million, will use the new funds for further product development and deployment.
