San Francisco – Switchfly, the San Francisco-based developer of web-based travel, loyalty and payment software formerly known as ezRez Software, said on Thursday it has raised $15 million in its third round of funding.

StarVest Partners led the round, which also included participation from previous backers Azure Capital Partners and Canaan Partners.

The company, which will use the new capital to bolster product development and expand its global operations, now has raised $32 million since its inception in 2003. Switchfly’s major products – which include a core travel platform, a loyalty platform and a digital wallet product – are available in 50 currencies and 25 languages. The company’s client roster includes American Airlines, American Express, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, JetBlue, Lufthansa, PayPal, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and United Airlines.
