TechCrunch reports that Rumblefish, a company that works with YouTube, Amazon, Vimeo, Facebook and Slideshare to allow users to add licensed soundtracks to their digital creations, has announced that it has purchased Catalogik.

rumblefish_ss_sqTechCrunch reports that Rumblefish, a company that works with YouTube, Amazon, Vimeo, Facebook and Slideshare to allow users to add licensed soundtracks to their digital creations, has announced that it has purchased Catalogik, a platform to help in finding and monitoring the use of specific digital tracks. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Rumblefish states that it will be combining Catalogik’s technology into its platform, and it presents specific emphasis to one partnership in particular, with the tech “accelerating development of its YouTube monetization platform.”  Read more
