San Mateo,
Calif.
– ShareGrove, an online service
that lets small groups of friends share content, announced on Wednesday that it
has been acquired by Facebook.

Financial terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.

San Mateo, Calif.-based ShareGrove,
whose service debuted at the DEMO conference last fall, said it has disabled
