Washington – The Washington Post on Wednesday launched a new
co-branded and redesigned online business section in partnership with
Bloomberg.

The section now combines The Post’s coverage on national politics
and policy with Bloomberg’s business news, data and information.

Among the new
features are tools from Bloomberg that allow users to find stock quotes and
follow industry trends, and eventually reference a daily economic calendar of
events.

The launch follows The Post’s recent rollout of PostPolitics.com and
PostLocal.com, homepages dedicated specifically to the newspaper’s political
and local audiences.

The Washington Post and Bloomberg have partnered since late
last year, in January launching a co-branded news service providing 120 daily
stories to newspapers, websites and other subscribers.
