Zagreb, Croatia – ShoutEm, the provider of a service that
lets anyone create a location-based mobile social network, has raised $1.2
million in its second round of funding from RSG Capital, TechCrunch reported.

Croatia-based
ShoutEm currently hosts more than 20,000 networks, the largest of which is Tweiber
— which counts 13,000 members.

ShoutEm plans to spin-off from parent company
Five Minutes, and open offices in New York and London.
