New York – Barry Diller has stepped down as CEO of
IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASD: IACI), the company that owns Match.com, Ask.com, Citysearch,
Vimeo and Evite, as shareholder Liberty Media (NASD: LINTA) announced it has sold its entire
stake in the company for $220 million, and control of the IAC unit that
includes Evite and Gifts.com.

Diller will remain chairman and senior executive at
IAC, while Match.com CEO Greg Blatt will become the new chief executive at IAC.

Liberty Media said that IAC’s Evite and Gifts.com will become part of its
Liberty Interactive unit.
