San Bruno, Calif. – Google’s (NASD: GOOG) YouTube has created a new
video, "YouTube Copyright School," that will be mandatory viewing for
any user who receives a valid copyright takedown notice. After viewing the
4.5-minute video, the user must pass a quiz showing they’ve paid attention and
understood the lesson on copyright before being allowed to upload more content
to the site. The company said it also redesigned its copyright help center.
