Tempe, Ariz. – Limelight Networks, a provider of content
delivery network services, announced on Monday that it has acquired
Clickability, a provider of Web content management tools, for $10 million.

in 1999, San Francisco-based Clickability had raised over $11 million in
venture capital financing, from backers including Shasta Ventures, Convergence
Partners and SaaS Capital.

The company’s tools help marketer and publisher
clients, including PR Newswire and the Minneapolis Star Tribune, manage and
publish content, track visitor experiences, and implement branding, social media
and campaigns on their websites.

Arizona-based Limelight said it expects
Clickability to contribute $4.5-$5 million in revenue to its bottom line during
the second half of 2011.
