newbrandanalyticsnewBrandAnalytics, a DC-based developer of tools designed to help service-focused companies improve customer relations by extracting intelligence from online conversations, has raised just over $5 million in a new round of funding, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Six unnamed investors took part. The news comes more than two years after newBrandAnalytics raised $26 million in its second round, led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
