The Hollywood Reporter reports: “Netflix, whose legal charge is being led by Karen Johnson-McKewan at Orrick, isn’t just fighting Fox. In October, Viacom sued the streamer over the successful recruitment of production exec Momita Sengupta. It’s probably only a matter of time until other studios — Warner Bros., Universal, DreamWorks Animation, Lionsgate, all on the receiving end of subpoenas in Fox v. Netflix — file their own complaints against Netflix for interfering with contracts.”
