– Comcast (NASD: CMCSA), the nation’s largest cable TV provider, on Tuesday announced the
release of a new iPhone application that will let consumers remotely program
their Comcast digital video recorders. The app now also offers push
notification for emails and voicemail. A similar update and feature addition
for Comcast’s BlackBerry app is scheduled for release in coming months.
