Redwood Shores, Calif. – Rocket Fuel, a provider of digital
advertising services, has raised $6.6 million in its third round of venture
capital financing, led by Northgate Capital.

Ventures, Labrador Capital Fund, Nokia Growth Partners and Wilson Sonsini
Goodrich & Rosati also participated.
Redwood Shores, Calif.-based Rocket
Fuel counts more than 300 customers for its digital ad services, and says ads
from its Rocket Fuel Network are seen by over 150 million a month.
The company
will use the funds for new product development, and to expand business
development, sales and marketing efforts.
