Seattle – Amazon.com (NASD: AMZN) has aggressively priced Lady Gaga’s new album “Born This Way” at just 99 cents, during a day-long promotion on Monday that has proven popular enough to be delaying downloads for consumers.
“We’re experiencing high volume and downloads are delayed. If you order today, you will get the full Lady Gaga album for $0.99. Thanks for your patience,” Amazon noted on the product page for the album promotion.
The 99-cent download includes the entire album, plus a digital version of the CD booklet.
