Needham,
Mass. – Extreme Reach, a provider
of digital video advertising distribution services, announced on Wednesday that
has closed a $9 million second round of financing, led by Village Ventures.
Previous backers Greycroft Partners and Long River Ventures also participated
in the round, which was comprised of $7 million in equity and $2 million in
term debt.
Founded in 2008, Needham, Mass.-based ExtremeReach has established a
digital network of 12,500 media properties, including 4,500 TV stations, for
the delivery of standard and HD TV advertising.
