MrBeast is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Channel Strategy & Operations organization in Greenville, NC, supporting the Quality team’s efforts to improve content performance across MrBeast’s channels. The role involves managing multiple projects from planning through execution, building project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable. Working closely with the Head of Virality and partners across Creative, Production, Corporate, and Analytics, the project manager will help execute experiments and strategic initiatives designed to improve views, thumbnail performance, audience retention, engagement, and revenue. Candidates should have experience managing complex projects, strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build scalable processes, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in media, entertainment, digital content, or the creator economy is preferred but not required.
