– Thumbplay, a mobile entertainment distributor that recently launched a
subscription music service, announced on Monday that it has hired former Apple (NASD: AAPL)
executive Pablo Calamera as its new chief technology officer. While at Apple,
Calamera oversaw technology development for the cloud-based MobileMe service
