– Barnes & Noble (NYSE: BKS) on Monday launched a new e-books promotion in its retail
stores, wherein consumers who bring their Nook e-book reader devices into
Barnes & Noble can receive a free e-book from a bestselling author. Set to
run for the next five weeks, the deal is also available to customers with any
device running its Barnes & Noble eBooksore or BN eReader software for the PC,
Mac, iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices.
