Los Angeles – A Google Android product manager told an
Israeli business paper that the company plans to debut a music service
alongside the release of Android 3.0, codenamed "Gingerbread," at the
end of the year, Gizmodo reported. Google’s Gaurav Jain originally made the
comments to Calcalist. In May at its developer conference, Google (NASD: GOOG) announced that
it planned to offer a cloud-based music service for its Android platform.
