Los Angeles – Korean electronics firm LG announced on Monday
that it plans to release an Google Android-powered tablet computer this year.
The company did not provide additional details on its first tablet. News of the
tablet came alongside other product announcements, including two new
smartphones that will run Google Android 2.2 "Froyo."
