San Francisco – After pressure from lawmakers and advocacy
groups compelled online classifieds site Craigslist to remove its "adult
services" section in the U.S. earlier this year, the company appears to
have now removed the section from all of its international sites, Wired.com
reported.

The site’s adult services section was shown to have been used to aid
sex traffickers and host ads for prostitution.

Adult services sections are no
longer online at Craigslist’s sites in Canada, Asia, Europe, South America and
Africa, Wired noted.
