Boston – Ayeah, an interactive entertainment software
company based in Boston, has raised $530,000 in venture capital and debt,
according to a filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
Founded last year, Ayeah develops, publishes and distributes
interactive social reality software for personal computers, wireless devices
and the Internet.
The company’s first product, "FanSwarm," blends
photography and actual events to transform current celebrity news into a
free-to-play game.
