Cupertino, Calif. – Nearly two weeks after debuting the iPad
2 in the U.S., Cupertino-based Apple said on Tuesday it will launch the device
in 25 additional countries this Friday. The iPad 2 will be made available
through Apple retail stores, authorized resellers and the Web in Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New
Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K.
