Cambridge, Mass. – Localytics, a provider of analytics for
mobile application developers and publishers, announced on Monday that it has
raised $2.5 million in its first round of funding, from investors Launchpad
Venture Group, New York Angels and Hub Angels.

Localytics provides analytics to publishers of apps for iOS, Android,
BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 platforms.
The company will use the funds to
increase sales capacity for its enterprise business, and expand its offerings to
mid-market publishers.
