Birmingham, Ala. – TicketBiscuit, a provider of ticketing
software to more than 500 clients in 1,500 venues across the U.S. and Canada,
announced that it has acquired Oregon-based ticketer Dais Limited.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dais’ client
base includes Mississippi Studios, Yarmony Grass Music Festival and The Alberta
Rose Theatre.
Alabama-based TicketBiscuit said that Dais founder Jason Mastrine
will become its director of business development for the Western region.
