Los Angeles – BlueHaze, a developer of mobile applications
for artists, record labels, festivals, venues and promoters, is being acquired
by reality TV producer Simon Fuller’s ("American Idol," "So You
Think You Can Dance") XIX Entertainment, Digital Music News reported.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
BlueHaze has created mobile apps for
clients including Interscope Records, Warner Music and Ticketmaster.
Founder
Mark Shedletsky is expected to join XIX as head of digital.
