Boulder, Colo. – Push IO, a developer of mobile data applications, announced on Thursday that it will acquire TapLynx, an iPhone and iPad application development platform for content publishers, from NewsGator.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Boulder, Colo.-based Push IO plans to integrate TapLynx into its own offering of mobile applications, and release an upgrade with new features such as in-app purchasing.
