Nashua, N.H. – Ping4, a Nashua-based developer of software communications, has raised $1.1 million in venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with federal regulators.
Ping4’s mobile communications and merchandising platform supports mobile messaging and alerts.
Its technology allows businesses and public safety agencies to target and rea01ch customers and citizens who have opted-in to receive specific types of safety alerts, preferred brand promotions, coupons and savings based on their proximity to a defined event, such as an accident, natural disaster or crime scene, or to a specific store or business establishment.
