Gamesindustry.biz reports: “PlayStation is making its third acquisition of the summer by purchasing UK-based Firesprite. The Liverpool-based game developer may not be a household name — it’s best known for working with PSVR, for the horror shooter The Persistence, and for supporting Sony’s The Playroom titles — but it is a substantial studio with more than 250 employees.”
