The Hollywood Reporter reports: “ViacomCBS’ ViacomCBS Networks International unit has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Spanish-language content producer Fox TeleColombia & Estudios TeleMexico from the Walt Disney Co. and the founding family of the company.”
