The Hollywood Reporter reports: “This December, the general mood on Wall Street is that next year will not see an explosion of major transactions along the lines of the ones that created Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Paramount Global or Disney’s takeover of large parts of 21st Century Fox assets.”
