Gamesindustry.biz reports: “Microsoft has completed its $7.5 billion acquisition of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks — and Xbox boss Phil Spencer has confirmed that some future games from Bethesda will be exclusive to Xbox and PC.”
