Las Vegas – Digital 3D production technology developer
3ality Digital announced on Tuesday that Clearlake Capital Group has acquired a
majority of the company’s voting shares.
Financial terms of the transaction
were not disclosed.
Burbank, Calif.-based 3ality Digital provides the film and
TV industries with camera platforms and other 3D equipment, and has worked on
projects including rock band U2’s "U2 3D" concert film.
