Google’s YouTube is seeking a Head of Partner and Deal Analysis to lead a highly quantitative team responsible for strategic analysis throughout the partnership agreement lifecycle, based in San Bruno, CA, New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will lead partner prioritization, develop financial assumptions, build agreement models and valuations, evaluate willingness-to-pay, and support negotiation strategies for complex media, sports, entertainment, and technology partnerships. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Finance, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Strategic Partner Managers, and other cross-functional teams to develop and scale strategic frameworks for agreement evaluation, construct and validate detailed financial models, and provide executive-level insights that inform major partnership decisions and YouTube’s Long-Range Plan. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or partnerships within the media and sports industry, along with 3+ years of people or team management experience, strong financial modeling and valuation expertise, and experience managing complex agreements or partnerships. Knowledge of pay-TV, sports rights, subscription products, digital media economics, or broadcast and affiliate landscapes is preferred. This role offers a salary range of $224,000–$311,000 annually, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and comprehensive Google benefits.
