Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support its Publishing department in New York, NY. In this role, you will coordinate workflows across teams, maintain project trackers and documentation, monitor key milestones and success metrics, and help leadership make informed decisions about priorities and project progress. You’ll work with Strategic Planning, Online Services, Business Development, Commerce, Marketing, and Consumer Insights & Analytics to manage dependencies, align cross-functional requirements, and support strategic roadmaps and ongoing marketing initiatives for titles including Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of project management and operations experience, preferably in entertainment, technology, or strategy, along with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus. This full-time, in-office position is based at Rockstar’s Manhattan headquarters and offers a base salary range of $100,000–$130,000 annually, with potential bonus and/or equity awards and comprehensive benefits.
