– Twitter has recorded its 10 billionth tweet, TechCrunch reported, citing data
from Gigatweet.
The report notes that Gigatweet extrapolated data to arrive at
the time that the 10 billionth tweet was recorded.
The milestone comes less
than five months after Twitter recorded its 5 billionth tweet.
The company
recently said that users are now sending about 50 million tweets daily.
