– Vibes Media, a provider of mobile marketing services, announced on Wednesday
that it has acquired Zeep Mobile, a developer of mobile ad delivery technology.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Zeep claims a
network of 10,000 developers works with its technology that helps monetize SMS
traffic for publishers.
Chicago-based Vibes said it will integrate Zeep’s
technology into its existing mobile marketing software, and announce new
offerings for publisher and marketer clients in the coming weeks.
