Brooklyn,
N.Y. – TuneCore, an independent
distributor of music to digital retailers, announced on Wednesday that it has
expanded into e-book distribution with the beta launch of Bibliocore. Similar
to TuneCore, Bibliocore will charge authors and publishers an upfront flat fee
to distribute their works to Apple’s iBookstore; authors and publishers keep
all rights, can set retail prices, and receive 100% of the revenue from sales
of their works.
