Wyplay, a developer of high-definition media center software for televisions,
set-top boxes and other devices, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $11.7
million in its third round of venture capital financing, led by Amundi Private
Equity Funds.

Also participating were previous investors A Plus Finance, Elaia
Partners and Sofinnova Partners.

Based in Marseille,
France, the
three-year-old company provides its software to clients including SFR-Vodafone
and D-Link.

The company has now raised a total of $30 million to date.
