Palo Alto, Calif. – Criteo, a provider of personalized shopping recommendations
and online advertising services, has raised $7 million in its third round of
funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Founded in 2005, Paris-based Criteo
— which is relocating its headquarters to Palo Alto, Calif.
— offers personalized ads tailored in real-time to individual users based on
past browsing behavior.

The company is currently running campaigns with more
than 400 retailers in seven countries.

Criteo will use the funds to continue
its U.S.
expansion, as well as for additional infrastructure, talent and research and
development investments.
