– The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has requested more information
from both Comcast (NASD: CMCSA) and NBC Universal (NYSE: GE), as it reviews potential antitrust concerns
with the companies’ proposed $30 billion joint venture, Multichannel News
reported.

Both companies were reportedly queried for details about when and why
they approved or denied carriage requests from third-party services like Boxee
and Hulu.

Comcast was also asked to provide details on its various video
services, including TV Everywhere, FanCast Xfinity, InDemand and thePlatform.

The FCC also requested information on Comcast’s "network management"
policies and plans.
