New York
– NBC Universal (NYSE: GE) has been sued by an online marketing and publishing firm that
says the company reneged on a $1 million deal to sell it the domain names
Women.com and Women.net, TechCrunch reported.

Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based DONE
Ventures alleges breach of contract, stating in its suit that NBC Universal
head Jeff Zucker personally terminated the deal three days after terms were
agreed upon.

DONE is asking a court to compel NBC Universal to turn over the
domain names.

NBC Universal had no comment on the matter for TechCrunch.
