Mumbai – Komli Media, an India-based digital media network
platform provider, has acquired Australia’s
PostClick, a firm that represents premium sites including Bloomberg and
Hotfrog.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sydney-based
PostClick was founded in 2001.
Komli said the deal, which will allow it to
reach over 30 million unique visitors, will give it a greater share of the Asia
Pacific market.
