Palo Alto,
Calif. – Facebook has hired away
the White House’s chief of staff of its National Economic Council, Marne
Levine, to become its new vice president of global public policy, The
Washington Post reports. Levine will oversee Facebook’s interaction with
governments and NGOs worldwide, Facebook said in a statement.
