Las Vegas – Networking firm Cisco (NASD: CSCO) on Tuesday introduced the
Cisco Cius, an Android-based tablet computers designed for use with the
company’s collaboration and communication applications. The HD video streaming
and real-time video, multi-party conferencing, Web browsing, and "the
ability to produce, edit and share content stored locally or centrally in the
cloud." Customer trials of the Cius are slated for the third quarter, with
a commercial launch pegged for the first quarter of 2011.
