RockYou has signed a five-year deal to exclusively use Facebook Credits as its
virtual currency, TechCrunch reported. Fellow social games publisher Zynga
recently signed a similar deal to offer Facebook Credits as a virtual currency
option for its games — although that deal is not exclusive. Under Facebook’s
terms, developers receive 70% of revenue from Facebook Credits, while Facebook
retains the rest.
